Traditional Guangcai craftsmanship intertwines with camping gear

Guangcai, also known as Guangdong porcelain, is one of the intangible cultural heritage items in Hong Kong. This folk craftwork mainly features flowers, people and folk art on porcelain wares. Lo Sing Chin’s Guangcai-themed camping gear collection consists of embroidered, multifunctional pieces, which can be transformed into colourful camping outfits and tea wares, are functional and innovative. The innovative application of Guangcai ceramics and patterns, in collaboration with ceramic artist Joey Leung, marks an artistic yet utilitarian combination of traditional Cantonese craftsmanship with camping fashion.
